CLASS I AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE BANK OPERATING UNDER KERALA COOPERATIVE LAW
Kadakkarappally Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. 1125 is a registered Primary Agricultural service Co-operative Society functioning under the provisions of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 and the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969.
The Bank is classified as a Primary Agricultural service Society under Class 15(1)(A)(3)(a) as per Rule 15 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969, and functions under the administrative and supervisory control of the Department of Co-operation, Government of Kerala.
As per the latest statutory assessment, the Bank has been classified as Class I with effect from 01-04-2024, reflecting its financial soundness, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory norms.
The Bank was originally registered on 05/10/1101 M.E. and commenced its operations on 11/06/1101 M.E., as certified by the Joint Registrar (General), Alappuzha, Government of Kerala, vide certificate dated 08 November 2012.
The Bank continues to operate in strict adherence to all applicable statutory provisions, regulatory guidelines, and cooperative principles.
